1. The online Advent Calendar (hereinafter referred to as the “Promotion”) is available at the Emilios Eliades Applianced Ltd (the “Promoter”) website at www.emilioseliades.com.cy and will be running during the month of December 2020. The Promotion is being run by the Promoter.
2. The online Advent Calendar is open from 7^th December 2020 to 27^th December 2020.
3. The Promotion is open to anyone residing in the Republic of Cyprus. By participating in the promotion, each participant will be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions and to have agreed to be bound by them.
4. The Promotion will consist of twenty one (21) separate daily promotions. Each day there will be a different promotion related to a special offer. The said special offer shall be applicable only for the specific day of the month which it applies to.
5. The daily Promotions are granted via specific Promo Codes. Promo Codes have limited quantities and must be redeemed by the date specified. The Promo Code is only applicable for the respective daily promotion offer and must be included in the checkout when making the online purchase. The Promotion can only be used for ONLINE purchases via www.emilioseliades.com.cy. 
6. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw, amend or cancel the Promotion at any time.
7. Entry closes for each daily offer at 11:59pm of the day the said Promotion relates to.
8. The Promotion only relates to purchases made via the online store of the Promoter.
9. The Promoter reserves the absolute right to disqualify any entrant to any competition which it considers has used improper technical means to enter.
10. No cash alternative to the daily promotion(s) will be offered; prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and the Promoter reserves the right to substitute any promotional offer with another without giving notice. You agree that Promotion codes: (i) must be used for the intended purpose and in a lawful manner, (ii) may not be duplicated, sold or transferred in any manner, or made available to the general public (whether posted to a public form or otherwise), unless expressly permitted, (iii) may only be used in pursuant to the specific terms of the Promotion of the day, (iv) may expire prior to use, (v) may be disabled by the Promoter at any time for any reason without liability to the Promoter, (vi) may only be used and pursuant to the specific terms that the Promoter establishes for the Promotion.
11. The Promotion code can only be used once per purchase. Any glitch in the system which awards more than one promotion to the same visitor may be disallowed at the discretion of the Promoter.
12. Multiple promotion codes cannot be used for the same purchase.
13. Anyone using the Promotion code(s) will be required to provide the necessary mandatory details for completing the online order (including name, telephone number, email address).
14. The Promoter will not sell your personal information to others or release it to others without your prior consent and will only use your personal data as outlined in the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.
15. All decisions of Emilios Eliades Appliances Ltd will be final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.
16. The Promoter does not guarantee that purchases made by users will reach the purchasers before 25^th December.
17. In the event that these Terms and Conditions are translated to any language other than English, the terms of the English language version shall prevail in the event of any conflict.
18. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the Laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any disputes arising out of the competition shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Cyprus.
