Terms & Conditions

  1. The online “WHEEL OF WINS” (hereinafter referred to as the “competition”) entry is open to participants who wish to play for a chance to receive a discount coupon code on the EMILIOS ELIADES website at emilioseliades.com.cy
  2. By participating in the competition, each participant will be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions and to have agreed to be bound by them.
  3. EMILIOS ELIADES reserves the right to withdraw, amend or cancel the competition at any time.
  4. Anyone over the legal age of 18, is eligible to participate by completing the necessary fields (Name, Telephone Number, Email Address). All fields are mandatory.
  5. Entries are limited to one entry per email address when entering the competition. Any glitch in system which awards more than one prize (coupon code) maybe disallowed at the discretion of EMILIOS ELIADES.
  6. All valid participations receive a discount coupon code which is sent to the email address which was completed on the “WHEEL OF WINS!” entry form. The email received indicates the discount coupon percentage, a specific coupon code and the coupon’s expiry date.
  7. The coupon code can only be used for ONLINE purchases of items at the com.cy website under the categories: FURNITURE and ELECTRICAL APPLIANCES.
  8. Only one (1) coupon code can be used when making a purchase at the checkout page. Multiple coupon codes cannot be used for a purchase.
  9. There shall be no cash substitute or alternative prize offered. The prize (coupon code) can be used only when making a purchase of product(s) from com.cy in accordance with paragraph 6. above.
  10. EMILIOS ELIADES will not sell your personal information to others or release it to others without your prior consent and will only use your personal data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
  11. In the event that these Terms and Conditions are translated to any language other than English, the terms of the English language version shall prevail in the event of any conflict.
  12. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the Laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any disputes arising out of the competition shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Cyprus.
  13. This promotion begins on 31/12/2021 and ends on 1/02/2022 (including).
